Oba of Benin, Oba Ewuare II, has asked leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to emulate ex-President Goodluck Jonathan who congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari after losing the 2015 polls.
